By visiting the MOIRAE website, creating an account, signing in to the app, using chart readings, AI master chats, compatibility readings, subscriptions, or restore purchases, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Restore Purchases & Subscription Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

MOIRAE provides bazi language, AI-generated content, and daily companionship features. The content is for reflection, entertainment, self-observation, and journaling. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, investment, employment, or emergency advice.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for your own decisions.

You should provide reachable account information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for consequences caused by account sharing, disclosure, or unauthorized use.

You keep your rights in content you submit, while granting MOIRAE permission to process it as needed to provide, maintain, improve, and protect the service.

Do not upload or send illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexual, threatening, malicious, private third-party, or otherwise inappropriate content.

iOS subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple App Store. Plan details and restore purchase rules are described in the Restore Purchases & Subscription Terms.

MOIRAE determines in-app access based on Apple transaction results and server-side entitlement records. Restore purchases does not create a new charge.

MOIRAE's brand, interface, copy, report structures, master personas, software code, design, and content library are protected by intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass paid access, attack APIs, bulk-register accounts, or abuse the service through automation without permission.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features because of maintenance, security, product changes, or third-party service changes.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MOIRAE is not liable for indirect losses arising from use or inability to use the service, reliance on AI or bazi content, third-party outages, or subscription platform delays.

If you violate these Terms, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to your account.
