Provide reachable account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person or use another person's birth information or private content without permission.

Some features require sign-in, a complete profile, or eligible access. We may limit unusual access for security, maintenance, or compliance reasons.

MOIRAE provides bazi cultural context, AI-generated content, reflection, and planning support. Content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances and does not guarantee an outcome.

Content is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, investment, employment, emergency, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for health, safety, legal rights, or significant financial decisions.

You retain your rights in submitted content and permit us to process it as needed to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the service.

Do not submit illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexual, threatening, malicious, private third-party, or unauthorized content, and do not use the service to manage emergencies.

Available plans, actual amount, currency, tax, billing period, renewal, benefits, and account are shown before Web checkout confirmation. If production payments are not open or a plan is unavailable, the page will not initiate a charge.

Pro and Master may renew on a monthly or annual period offered at checkout until canceled. Access remains through the paid period after cancellation. A Deep Reading is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Refunds, payment failures, and disputes follow applicable law, payment provider rules, and the published terms.

Historical Apple access may continue on the Web under the same account, but it is not automatically converted into a new Web renewal. Manage cancellation and billing for historical Apple subscriptions through Apple's official subscription settings.

MOIRAE's brand, interface, copy, report structures, master characters, software, design, and content library are protected by intellectual property rights.

Without permission, you may not resell or copy content, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, bypass paid or permission controls, attack the service, bulk-register accounts, or abuse the product through automation.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal requirements, product changes, or third-party service changes, with reasonable notice where appropriate.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by reliance on bazi or AI content, third-party outages, or use that violates these Terms. Consumer rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
