Restore Purchases & Subscription Terms

1. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

MOIRAE may offer Pro, Master, or other subscription tiers. Pricing, duration, trials, benefits, and available purchase items are shown in the app purchase sheet and Apple App Store confirmation sheet.

Subscriptions usually renew automatically unless you cancel under Apple's rules before the current period ends. Renewal billing, taxes, refunds, and invoices are handled by Apple App Store.

2. Managing or cancelling subscriptions

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone or iPad App Store account settings: open App Store, tap your account avatar, then open Subscriptions.

Deleting the app or signing out of MOIRAE does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Cancellation must be completed through App Store subscription management.

3. Restore Purchases

Restore Purchases asks Apple for restorable transactions under your current Apple ID and sends the necessary transaction information to MOIRAE's server to revalidate access.

Restore Purchases does not create a new charge. It is used to recover subscriptions or one-time entitlements already purchased but not currently recognized by the app.

Restore results depend on valid transactions returned by Apple, your MOIRAE account state, and server validation. Use the same Apple ID and MOIRAE account where possible.

4. Benefits, changes, and support

Different tiers may include different chat limits, deep reports, long-term memory, or other features. We may adjust future benefits, but we will not intentionally remove core access already promised for your paid current period.

If you were charged but access is not active, first tap Restore Purchases in the app. If the issue remains, email hello@moirae.app with order time, plan tier, and a description. Do not email full card information or your Apple ID password.
