Privacy Policy

Effective July 15, 2026

This policy explains how the MOIRAE Web service collects, uses, retains, and protects information related to accounts, profiles, reports, consultations, and billing.

1. Who we are

MOIRAE provides birth profiles, Today, Life Reports, Deep Readings, and master consultations on the Web. For privacy or data handling questions, contact hello@moirae.app.

2. Information we process

Account information: email address, display name, user ID, sign-in and verification state, language preference, and account creation time.

Profile and report information: name or nickname, gender, birth date, birth time, birthplace, timezone, generated chart structure, report status, and reading results.

User content: consultation questions, chat messages, report or Today summaries you choose to include, and conversations you save.

Subscription and billing information: plan, access, orders, and necessary transaction identifiers. A Web payment provider processes card details; we do not store full card numbers. For Apple legacy access, we process only the minimum transaction summary needed to recognize existing purchases and resolve discrepancies.

Security and usage information: browser and device category, language, access time, necessary security logs, diagnostic references, and page or feature state. When analytics is enabled, we use aggregated or de-identified data to understand service performance.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and protect accounts, sync profiles, calculate charts, generate Today and reports, provide consultations, determine access, process Web purchases, and provide support.

We also use it to prevent fraud and abuse, investigate failures, improve reliability, and meet billing and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Service providers

Cloud hosting, database, email, security, logging, and analytics providers help operate the Web service. A Web payment provider processes necessary payment information during checkout and billing management.

AI model providers may process prompts and context needed to complete a reading or consultation. Do not submit highly sensitive information unrelated to your question. Apple is used only to verify and manage historical Apple transactions and subscriptions, not as a new Web purchase route.

5. Public and private data boundary

Public pages use editorial content and de-identified samples only. Full birth date, time, location, private profiles, report text, consultation text, and long-term memory do not enter public pages, search indexes, public sharing links, or public page previews.

Product analytics and ordinary business logs do not contain passwords, tokens, full email addresses, full birth details, raw AI conversation text, raw payment credentials, or secrets. Troubleshooting uses minimum identifiers and controlled diagnostic information.

6. Retention, deletion, and choices

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, protect security, or meet legal, tax, refund, and dispute obligations. Retention periods differ by data type.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion through Web Account settings, or contact hello@moirae.app. Minimum transaction, tax, security, or dispute records may remain where legally required and are handled separately from everyday product data.

7. Children, international processing, and updates

MOIRAE is not directed to children under 13 or a higher minimum age required by local law. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information.

Information may be processed by providers outside your region. We take reasonable measures to protect transfer and storage. Material policy changes will be explained through the Web, email, or another reasonable channel.
