Privacy Policy

MOIRAE is a companion app built around bazi interpretation, AI conversations, daily notes, and subscription-based access. This policy explains how we handle information you provide or generate when using the website and app.

Account information: email address, display name, user ID, login state, and account creation time.

Birth and chart information: name or nickname, gender, birth date, birth time, birthplace, timezone, generated chart profiles, and interpretation results.

User content: questions and messages sent to AI masters, compatibility inputs, yes/no questions, and context you choose to save.

Subscription and entitlement information: plan tier, access state, purchase or restore result, and necessary summaries of Apple transaction identifiers. We do not collect or store full payment card details.

Device, diagnostic, and log information: device type, OS version, app version, crash logs, request IDs, API status codes, latency, and security logs needed to run the service.

We use information to provide login, account sync, chart calculation, daily guidance, AI conversations, compatibility readings, deep reports, and subscription entitlement checks.

We also use information to restore purchases, troubleshoot payment or access issues, prevent abuse, maintain service security, and improve product stability.

We may use aggregated or de-identified analytics. We do not place passwords, tokens, full email addresses, full birth details, raw AI conversation text, raw receipts, or secrets into product analytics events.

Apple App Store / StoreKit processes iOS in-app purchases, subscriptions, refunds, cancellation, and restore purchases.

Cloud hosting, database, logging, and crash reporting providers help us operate, protect, and debug the product.

Google/Firebase services may be used for crash diagnostics, remote configuration, and basic analytics when enabled.

Gemini or other AI model providers may process prompts and context to generate chart explanations, chat replies, and summaries. Do not enter highly sensitive information you do not want processed.

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required for legal, financial, audit, security, or troubleshooting reasons.

You may initiate account deletion in the app by opening Me > Settings > Delete Account. You may also email hello@moirae.app to request access to or correction of account-related data.

After a deletion request is completed, some de-identified logs, financial records, or security audit records may remain for a limited period where required.

MOIRAE is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can remove it.

Your information may be processed on servers or by providers outside your region. We take reasonable measures to protect it during transfer and storage.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced through the app, website, or another reasonable channel. Continued use means you understand the updated policy.
